Note: Due to its size, a 40-yard dumpster requires significant clearance space. Ensure you have at least 60 feet of straight-line access for delivery and 14+ feet of overhead clearance.
If your project includes heavy materials like concrete, brick, dirt, or asphalt, you may need a smaller dumpster with a higher weight limit. A 10-yard dumpster filled with concrete weighs much more than a 20-yard filled with household debris. Always mention heavy materials when requesting a quote.
Each dumpster size includes a weight allowance. Exceeding the limit results in additional charges. We'll help you estimate your debris weight and choose the right capacity to avoid overage fees.
Make sure you have adequate space for delivery:
Choosing the wrong size is costly—too small and you'll need a second rental; too large and you're paying for space you don't need. Our team has years of experience matching projects to sizes. Call us at (810) 373-5865 or use our online quote wizard for a personalized recommendation.
